Email, text and phone call from one screen
Write it once and choose how it goes out. Pick who gets it in plain terms: one grade, one bunk, the wait-list, fathers only. Before it goes, send yourself a test, see exactly who gets it and what it costs, then send now or schedule it.
- Fill-ins put each family's own details in: the parent's name, the balance, their link.
- Never during quiet hours, and a parent can reply STOP at any time.
- Emails go out from your camp's own address, with attachments.
Phone calls in your own voice
Record a phone message on the page, upload a recording, or type it and have it read aloud with the tone and speed you choose. Hebrew and Yiddish words are said the way you teach them.
Run it from your own phone
Away from the office? Text the camp number to change what the hotline says, turn it on or off, or send a message to families. Nothing changes until you reply with the code sent only to your own phone. You can also call in, enter your PIN and record a new hotline greeting or a message home.
Texts back, and letters ready to approve
Read and answer the texts parents send back in one inbox. When something happens, like a registration received or a payment, the letter to the family is prepared for you to read, change and approve. None of them go out by themselves.
Questions about messages and phone
Will parents get texts or calls they didn't ask for?
No. Texts and calls only go to parents who checked the box, never late at night or early in the morning, and only after someone in your office approves the message.
Do we need our own phone number?
Yes, a local number for your texts, calls and hotline, registered with the phone companies so your texts can go out. With We run it for you, we set it up for you.
What does a message cost?
You see what it will cost before you send it. The pricing page lists what each email, text and phone call costs.
See it with your own camp in mind
Look around a sample camp with made-up families, or tell us about your camp and we'll show you how it would work for you.
