For overnight camps, from bunks to visiting day

Bunks with beds and counselors, halves and full summers, the infirmary log, the visiting day hotline, and a full year of billing in one place.

The bunk board for one grade: campers not in a bunk yet with the friend each asked for, two bunks with their counselors and beds filled, and a button to suggest bunks for the rest.

Bunks, halves and counselors

Set beds for each bunk, place counselors for the summer or one half, and let suggestions keep friends together. Rosters and bunk lists print for the counselors.

While camp is running

The nurse logs every visit, parents call the hotline for the daily update and visiting day, and the office sends news home in minutes, by email, text or phone call.

The infirmary log: each visit with the time, the camper, what they came in for, any medicine given, and whether parents were told.

Staff for the summer

Counselors, rebbeim and nurses apply on your jobs page, references answer from a link, and hired staff go on the staff list with their bunks and emergency details.

Staff applications: counselor and staff applicants with the job they want, the part of the summer, references back, and where each stands from new to hired.

Questions about overnight camps

Do parents need an app to hear from camp?

No. They get emails, texts and phone calls, and can call the hotline. Nothing to download.

Can we bill for both halves separately?

Yes. Each term has its own price, by grade if you like, and families are billed for what they signed up for.
