Say what you need, and approve it

Type "who still owes from 9th grade?" or "text the Rishonim parents that the bus leaves at nine thirty Sunday." The assistant looks it up or prepares it, and you see exactly what will happen before anything is sent or billed.

Questions answered from your own camp

Ask how many families are registered, who hasn't sent the medical form, or which bunks have room. Answers come from your camp only, and each person sees only what their role allows.

Work prepared, never done behind your back

Messages, invoices, payments, bunk changes and notes are prepared as a card that says exactly who gets what and what it costs. Nothing happens until you approve it, and declining changes nothing.

From your phone too

People you allow can text, email or call the assistant from their own phone. A change by text or email needs a reply with a code sent only to them; by phone, their own PIN.

Help with the writing

Press Polish next to an email, text or hotline message for a cleaner version in your camp's own style. Keep it, edit it, or keep yours.

Questions about office assistant

Does the assistant send anything by itself?

No. Everything it prepares waits for a person in the office to approve it.

Is it on for every camp?

It is optional, and off until your camp turns it on.
