With Own it: what your own accounts charge

When you own CampOffice, the server it runs on, card payments, email, texts and calls all use accounts in your camp's name, with services we choose for you and set up. You pay them directly, at their own prices; we add nothing. What they charge today (October 2026, in the US):

Card payments go to your own Sola or Banquest account at the rate you agree with them.

With We run it for you, all of this is set up and handled through us.

Questions about price

Which option is right for us?

If your camp has someone who likes to manage its own accounts, Own it costs less over the years. If you'd rather never think about phone numbers, texting, card payments or updates, We run it for you takes all of that off your hands.

Can you build features just for our camp?

Yes. With Own it, tell us the features you want and we build them in as part of the price. If it's a much bigger project, we can still build it, at a price we agree on before we start.

What does "yours to keep" mean?

With Own it, your camp gets its own copy of CampOffice and can use it for as long as it likes. You may not copy it for anyone else or resell it.

Can our own developer work on it?

Yes, once they sign a confidentiality agreement (an NDA) with us.

With Own it, is there a yearly or monthly fee?

Not from us. The only ongoing costs are your own accounts with the services CampOffice uses, at their own prices.

What does We run it for you include?

Everything in CampOffice, plus your camp phone number and hotline, texts, emails, phone calls home and card payments, all set up and handled through us. We set up each new summer with you, keep it up to date and backed up, and you have a real person to call when the office needs help.
