SMS Terms

CampOffice, a service of FlexVivid, operates a text message program that sends camps notifications about their own CampOffice account. This program sends service and transactional messages only. CampOffice does not send promotional or marketing text messages in this program.

Texts a camp sends to its own families through CampOffice are sent for that camp, under that camp's own text terms and only to people who agreed to get them. These terms cover texts from CampOffice itself.

What we send

Sign-up and setup messages, account and billing notices, support updates, and replies to messages, calls and questions you send us.

How to sign up

Online. When you sign up at https://www.campoffice.app/start, check the box agreeing to receive text messages. The box is not checked for you and is not required. Links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy appear next to the box. The box reads: "I agree to receive text messages from CampOffice at the phone number above about my camp's account, including sign-up and setup messages, billing notices, support replies and replies to my questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of signing up or of buying anything."

You can also text us first. If you send us a text, we will reply to that conversation.

Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of signing up for CampOffice, of buying anything, or of using any of our services.

Message frequency varies and depends on activity on your account.

Cost

CampOffice does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to that number. You may also opt out by emailing hello@flexvivid.com.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and device. Message delivery is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted at https://www.campoffice.app/sms-terms.
